“DATA PROTECTION POLICY

A. Confidentiality and data protection

In accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter, the LOPD), the user agrees to the processing of personal data that may provide in any of the Confraria de Campaners i Carillonistes de Catalunya (hereinafter the Confraria) web forms.

These data will be incorporated into an automated file of personal data registered in the Register of the Spanish Agency for Data Protection and property of the Confraria, whose purpose is the management of the Congress and the people registered in it, as well as non-commercial notifications of activities related to the Confraria de Campaners i Carillonistes de Catalunya or any activity related to the carillon. The user may revoke said consent at any time. In any case, the Confraria is subject to the provisions of Act 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and any other applicable regulations.

B. Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition

Users can exercise their rights of access, correction, cancellation and opposition in relation to this data by addressing a registered letter with a photocopy of their ID card to the attention of Confraria de Campaners i Carillonistes de Catalunya. C. Accuracy and veracity of the data provided

The user is solely responsible for the veracity and correctness of the data included, exonerating the Confraria from any responsibility in this regard. The user agrees to provide complete and correct information on the Confraria website forms. The Confraria reserves the right to update, modify or delete the information contained in its web pages and may even limit or not allow access to such information. The Confraria is exonerated from liability for any damage or prejudice that may be suffered by the user as a result of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by the Confraria as long as it comes from sources other than the Confraria.

D. Security measures

The Confraria has adopted the levels of security regarding protection of personal data legally required and seeks to implement any other means and technical measures at its disposal to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the personal data provided to the Confraria.

The Confraria shall not be liable for any damages or losses that may arise from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns or disconnections in the operative functioning of this website by causes beyond the Confraria; nor delays or blockages in the use of this website caused by deficiencies or overloads in the data processing center, in the Internet system or in other electronic systems, as well as damages that may be caused by third parties through unlawful interference beyond the control of the Confraria“.
